Proxy manager has been boooted.

Due to a recent backend issue, all of the things that are running on my server will be reinstalled.
Due to the nature of an update this big, all of the services will be brought down before we start.
All of the data EXCEPT gitlab will be saved. Gitlab data will sadly have to go.
